With the exception of a few Ready To Ship pieces, most items are made to order just for you. Made-to-order pieces typically arrive in 3 to 8 weeks unless otherwise noted. For a specific desired delivery date, please write to studio@gwenbarba.com

A message is sent when the piece is finished to confirm shipping window, followed by a tracking number once it ships.

Ready To Ship pieces are sent within 3 business days of ordering, with delivery typically taking 2 to 3 days. For a specific desired delivery date, please write to studio@gwenbarba.com

Pieces are shipped via UPS or FedEx, fully insured and with tracking. A signature is required for delivery on most items. Shipments cannot be made to PO boxes.

International Shipping
Website orders currently ship to the US and Canada. For delivery elsewhere, please write to the studio to arrange shipping. Customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost Packages
In the event a package is lost, every effort will be made to help locate it. However, we cannot be held responsible for any lost packages after a proof of delivery has been generated by the carrier.

Shipping Delays
Delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond the our control are not the responsibility of the studio.

To request a return or exchange, please email studio@gwenbarba.com with your name and order number to begin the process within 5 business days of item receipt. Return instructions and shipping label will be provided at that point. Any items returned without contacting us first will not be accepted.

• Ready-to-Ship Items: Returns are accepted. Must contact within 5 business days of item receipt to initiate return process. A $40 return shipping & insurance fee ensures safe handling.
• Made-to-Order Items: Exchanges or store credit only. Must contact within 5 business days of item receipt to initiate return process. A $40 return shipping & insurance fee ensures safe handling.
• Custom/Bespoke Orders: Custom or bespoke orders, including pieces with custom enamel colors and engraving are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Any items marked “Final Sale” in the product description are non-returnable.
• International Orders: International Orders (Orders shipped outside of the US) are Final Sale. 
• We cannot accept any items that are not in pristine condition with original packaging.  
  
• Cancellations: Ready-to-ship items will incur a 5% cancellation fee. Made to Order Items will incur a 10% cancellation fee. Custom/Bespoke items are final sale.
  
• Before purchasing, if you have questions about sizing, measurements, enamel colors or anything at all that could potentially inform your purchase and reduce the possibility of a return or exchange, contact us and we will do our best to guide you. Sizers specific to a particular ring design can be sent to you to try before your ring enters production, (currently limited to customers in the US). 
  
• If you receive a damaged or defective item please contact us ASAP so we can rectify the situation. Contact: studio@gwenbarba.com
