STANDARD RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

To request a return or exchange, please email studio@gwenbarba.com with your name and order number to begin the process within 5 business days of item receipt. Return instructions and shipping label will be provided at that point. Any items returned without contacting us first will not be accepted.

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Returns are accepted. A $40 return shipping & insurance fee ensures safe handling.
  • Made-to-Order Items: Exchanges or store credit only. A $40 return shipping & insurance fee ensures safe handling.
  • Custom/Bespoke Orders: Custom or bespoke orders, including pieces with custom enamel colors and engraving are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Any items marked “Final Sale” in the product description are non-returnable.
  • International Orders: International Orders (Orders shipped outside of the US) are Final Sale. 
  • We cannot accept any items that are not in pristine condition with original packaging.  
  • Canceled ready-to-ship and made-to order items will incur a 10% cancellation fee. Custom/Bespoke items are final sale.
  • Before purchasing, if you have questions about sizing, measurements, enamel colors or anything at all that could potentially inform your purchase and reduce the possibility of a return or exchange, contact us and we will do our best to guide you. Sizers specific to a particular ring design can be sent to you to try before your ring enters production, (currently limited to customers in the US). 
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item please contact us ASAP so we can rectify the situation. Contact: studio@gwenbarba.com
