Returns & Exchanges
STANDARD RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
To request a return or exchange, please email studio@gwenbarba.com with your name and order number to begin the process within 5 days of item receipt. Return instructions and shipping label will be provided at that point. Any items returned without contacting us first will not be accepted.
- Ready-to-Ship: The customer will be responsible for return shipping/insurance costs (estimated $30 - $50 in USA).

Made-to-Order: The customer will be responsible for return shipping/insurance costs (estimated $30 - $50 in USA) as well as a 10% restocking fee for made-to-order items you wish to return. The restocking fee is waived if an exchange/store credit is requested instead of a return.

Custom/Bespoke: Custom/Bespoke Orders are Final Sale. This includes any pieces with custom enamel colors, custom sizes or custom engraving. Items that say "final sale" in the description cannot be returned or exchanged.
- International Orders: International Orders are Final Sale.

We cannot accept any items that are not in pristine condition with original packaging.
- Canceled ready-to-ship and made-to order items will incur a 10% restocking fee. Custom/Bespoke items are final sale.

Before purchasing, if you have questions about sizing, measurements, enamel colors or anything at all that could potentially inform your purchase and reduce the possibility of a return or exchange, contact us and we will do our best to guide you. In the case of final sale custom enamel color rings, sizers specific to a particular ring design can be sent to you to try before your ring enters production, (currently limited to customers in the US).
