Returns & Exchanges
STANDARD RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
To request a return or exchange, please email studio@gwenbarba.com with your name and order number to begin the process within 5 business days of item receipt. Return instructions and shipping label will be provided at that point. Any items returned without contacting us first will not be accepted.
- Ready-to-Ship Items: Returns are accepted. A $40 return shipping & insurance fee ensures safe handling.
- Made-to-Order Items: Exchanges or store credit only. A $40 return shipping & insurance fee ensures safe handling.
- Custom/Bespoke Orders: Custom or bespoke orders, including pieces with custom enamel colors and engraving are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Any items marked “Final Sale” in the product description are non-returnable.
- International Orders: International Orders (Orders shipped outside of the US) are Final Sale.

We cannot accept any items that are not in pristine condition with original packaging.

Canceled ready-to-ship and made-to order items will incur a 10% cancellation fee. Custom/Bespoke items are final sale.

Before purchasing, if you have questions about sizing, measurements, enamel colors or anything at all that could potentially inform your purchase and reduce the possibility of a return or exchange, contact us and we will do our best to guide you. Sizers specific to a particular ring design can be sent to you to try before your ring enters production, (currently limited to customers in the US).
